Early '99 7.3 Turbo Replacement Ideas

I have an early '99 (6/98) 7.3 4 x 4 and the turbo is failing. The only mod I have is a Superchips Cortex, which provides adequate power for my needs.

What is the best option for a small performance increase that will not kill me financially?

well, you could rebuild it, which is not hard at all. thats going to be your cheapest fix. the other fix is replacement. For replace emnt, you could go with a D66 turbo from BEans diesel, or River City Turbo(where I got mine) there are a few more places selling the D66 or a like product. thats the only drop in replacement turbo that they make for an E99.
