Did face lift now help with fog lights

So my 99 got a face lift with 06 front end and so now i have factory fog light which i didnt have before and im wondering how to hook them up. Thanks for the help

I cant really help you with your question, I've always just had to run new wires for any auxilliary lighting to my own switch, but there may be an easier way on these trucks.

That's the grille I think I'm going with, is it good quality?

On a 99, your best bet is to run a separate switch and wiring. I purchased a fog/headlight switch for my truck and I'll have to do massive wiring changes to use it.
