01 f450 7.3 no power

i have a 01 f450 that has no power. the truck runs fine, you just cant get in a hurry with it. i ran dtc scan and it showed 1247 and 1316. i checked the map sensor voltage and ohms, it showed bad so i replaced it. cleared codes and drove it, same thing no power. ran scan again and now it shows 1247 (low turbo boost) and 1316 (idm driver). check engine lite is intermittent. i checked ohms and voltage of idm and it shows to be good. any ideas as to why this is happening? thanks
