can some one tell me how to hook a smoke switch up to my 2000 f-250 i heard it could be done thanks.

This is not a Modification that will earn you a lot of support on this forum.

Smoke switches and the like are the reason diesels have the reputation they do with the general public, and the environmentalists. Its those displays that make the emission laws tougher on the rest of us.

I'd advise you get this thread removed, and not pursue the smoke switch.

I'm pretty sure it can't be done on a 7.3. You can do it to a 6.0 by cutting the power to the vgt solenoid. Either get a custom tuned chip or put a walmart bag over the intake.
