Got mine from Riffraff. Mine were 3.25x3, but Clay said Ford changed things enough times it could be either. I used my calipers that I use for reloading to measure the O.D. of the actual inlet and outlet of the intercooler. Measure both, the O.D.'s of these will be the same as the I.D. of the boots.

Early 99 F250, Tuned by Gearhead, Diamond Eye 5", DIY intake, GS EGT/Trans/Boost, FRX, HPX, CCV, Schaeffers 9000, ELF7405, Stancor

I looked far and wide, researched, talked to experts, and then ordered the wrong kit for my E99. Then I bought the right one's from RiffRaff. They're the only place that makes an aftermarket kit for an E99, plus they're lower priced. Everything is the same between the E99 and the 99-2003, except the boots from the bottom of the spyder to the intake plenum. The E99 is smaller than the later years.

Be gentle, it's my first PowerStroke.
