heating issues....Please help

Hello all,
For some reason my 02 7.3 has been wanting to run hot on me lately but it only does it if I am Pulling something VERY heavy or hauling *** with the air conditioner on. I have flushed the radiator and changed the fan clutch but it acts the same. What would cause this? Could this be a blown head gasket?

Check fluid level
Pull thermostat and boil in pot of water with meat thermometer to see when it opens
Check radiator fins to see if they are clogged up

Do you have a trans temp gauge on the truck??
Also, how hot is hot?

Take your grill off and see if your fins are clogged on your radiator. This has happened to me. It was plum full of debris.

I was driving home yesterday and the transfer tried to overheat on me. Now it feels like the truck wants to cut off when I put it in reverse. What's going on with this thing?
