REAR TAIL LIGHT AND TURN SIGNAL PROBLEMS

Hi everybody, I am having a problem with the rear lights on my 2000 f450 dually 4WD, first the tail lights and running lights on the bed do not work, except for the running lights on the dually fenders that are on because it is a f450 that has full time daytime lights (the running lights on the dually fenders go off when I turn on the regular headlights) the turn signals only work with the lights OFF, and when they do work they blink fast and weak. I have checked the bulbs and all fuses, does anyone have a wiring diagram showing all the ground positions ?, I have a gooseneck hitch with a bedside plug and everything looks good there, has anyone had a similar problem ?, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You,...Bill

I would start by checking the connection for bed plug feed or where it spliced in. if that looks good follow the loom and look for green corrosin or rub spots on anything.
