What grill is this?

My friend works at a boneyard and he's been trying to find me a chrome grill for my 04+ conversion. He got me this one, but I don't know if it is a special edition grill, only came on a certain year or if it just has aftermarket billet in it. Can somebody help me out? I'm debating on cutting it so I can use it with my Ranch Hand bumper for now until he can come up with an 04+ bumper for me and then just getting another grill, but if it's a special edition grill I don't want to ruin it. I have seen a few of them on here but none with any info.

Thanks!

Ford OEM 'chrome package' grill. Will fit 05 and higher unless you cut the bottom.

Thanks all. It's in good shape, I just need a bumper. The emblem is delaminated, will probably have to replace that too...

Looks like an easy enough DIY repair using this method:

How to Make Your Own Custom Ford Emblems

I'm going to try that before I buy one, just to say I did. I'll do a how to write up with better pics if you guys are interested.
