im trying to figure out what i want to add and customize...thinking of doing a lift and tires but not sure on the best combo to do....

Well, if it were me, I'd level it with 315's. Let it breathe and tune it. Do the 05-up front end conversion. Matching tint. But first, get 'er all "tuned up". By that I mean change fluids/filters, fix any oil leaks, and other maintenence items(assuming this is a new truck to you??)

I think rims and tires change the whole look of a truck.....Level it out, and then get a nice set of rims wrapped in some kind of 35inch tire...
