What would you do?

Ok! So I have a 02 SD 7.3 130k miles all stock with a hypertec programer. I have a fifth wheel that is around 14.5k. I dont tow it often but when I need to replace the tranny what would you guys suggest? I just sold my Dodge dually and need to upgrading the ford for better towing. I thought about ATS but have heard lots of bad stuff.
