Hard start, white smoke?

I left the key in the forward position for 3-4 mins waiting for my wife to come outside. When she came out, I lit the truck off and the truck had a rough idle and was puffing white smoke. It cleaned up and smoothed out, but what caused that? Does this mean my injectors are leaking or something?

Thanks -
Scott

no thoughts? I just picture that fuel was dribbling out of one of the injectors and that's why it ran rough, like it was missing a cylinder and a lot of unbunt fuel.

could be a good excuse to tell the wife I need injectors!
