I believe that if you have a late model 99 or produced after 12/98 it should be compatible if its an early 99 or built before 12/98 I wouldnt try it.

If your 99 is early? I have a housing that I will give you if you pay the shipping. How do you know that the waste gate is frozen? Is it open or closed? Have you taken off the boost diaphram and tried to move the rocker arm? I am not being smart, but the wast gate is about the size of a fifity cent piece and is in a posistion where I can't understand how it got frozen? If the shaft is frozen some penatration oil should free that up. Let me know Mike OB
