rockers painted
I have been wanted to do this for a while and finally had a day to do it. Even though it was 100 degrees out, Im toasted but it was all worth it. Im only half way done and plan to finish the rest of the truck tomorrow. I used a rustolum automotive enamel gloss black. Preped with 220 grit wet or dry paper. It was very easy to do and it came out rocking I think.

Is that rattle canned? Looks pretty good, did you clear coat it or anything?

yup just a premium gloss black rattle can and no there isnt any clear coat on it. I figured the gloss paint will hold up great because a gloss paint has better durability than a flat paint. If it was a flat black then I would clearcoat. also it will be easier to touch up if anything happens.
