gonna fix truck

i told the mechanic to go ahead and fix my truck. replace oring on hpop fix tank pickup replace injector an charge ac is gonna be about 1300 bucks .

wish it was some go fast goodies but i guess i need to fix these things before anything else .
that diy intake is looking real good at this point all this money being spent and my truck still being stock stinks.

uhm wow thats way too much money, and if you need a new pick up you might as well do the hutch and harpoon mods. sorry to hear man.

How come you cant fix it yourself? Be a good time to get in and get dirty and learn.

o-ring for hpop 5$
tank pickup kit from strictly diesel 170$
1 injector 220$

395$

And then you can spend the remaining $ 905 on some go fast goodies instead of mechanic labour. And there's the satisfaction of doing it yourself.

i wish i could but i just done know how to fix it, its not that i dont want to learn. i dont have the tools and i cant lay under the truck because of a bad back. so i guess this guy will make a 1,000 in labor basically

jesus theres gotta be a few guys around here that would do it for cheaper, thats retarded, hpop orings take like 20min, injector honestly doesnt take much either, the tank would be the worst part, but again not that bad either..

man i wish iwouldnt have a problem driving 4-5 hours in any direction either to meet somebody. mechanic said the hpop doesnt need to come off but its a job to fix the oring, hell i dont know. he has had the truck since last monday and said it would be ready this coming week around wed.

i did my hpop orings in like 20minutes, there honestly so easy, if i lived closer id some do it for you, beer is a good payment up in this neck of the woods!

first case of beer ive bought in a month or 2 was friday lol my fridge has been packed from helping friends.

I never accept cash unless its a huge job, i do this all for a living, i enjoy to tinker on the sides for fun.
