ok guys im wanting to build my own diy hydro assist setup the only problem im having is with were to drill and tap my factory steering gear box if any one has done this and has some pics or info on were i can get some pics would be great thanks

Well when you u run 54 " tires on the road it helps

Yep it's not hard at all just done mine I replaced my box and drilled everything after I had it took apart but think about a new one cause if u drill yours then it's no good for a core and there is a writeup on pirate 4x4 that is awesome step by step and pictures and where to buy the parts I googled Ram assist steering f250 and it's like the fourth one hope it goes good for you
