How do i get the hydraulic part of the clutch out of the bell housing? I am pulling a 5 speed. Can i do it with out taking off a line keeping the system in tact? I only have one bolt left in the bell housing but need to get the line off the bellhousing so i can pull trans back?

the clutch line?
There should be a bleeder on it, id just remove it and bleed the system after, ive never taken a 5 speed from a P-stroke before only autos but im sure its the same as anything else.. |

the line has to be removed or the cylinder intact. Its part of thre bellhousing and I casn not pull trans out til thats off

yes but on that line there should be a bleeder screw, there has to be a way to get the air out of the system when removed, id just remove the line and bleed it after.

is there not a screw type fitting into the slave? or is it part of the slave, if you take a pic for me id be able to tell you..

simply twist the slave cylinder to the left and it loosens with 1/3 of a turn,..then pull straight out,.. you can just tie it back out of your way,... no fluid loss,.. just dont lose the rod fron the end
