No start 01, electrical?

My '01 wont turn over at all. Its clicking under the radio, and the radio powers on and off by it's self.

Battery charger on it now reads full charge.

New batteries, alt and belt 6-2010.
Superchip programmer on for the past three years.

'01 187,000.

Where do I start?

Update: the relay under the dash is clicking and the relay under the hood, in the fuse box is clicking also.

I did a search and found a thread on that part. Change both?

I cleaned the battery post AND IT STARTS!!

yea, that was what i was going to say. it had something to do with the batteries. i ran mine down working on it and it started doing weird things also. glad you got her running again.
