1999 F-250 7.3l Replaced ICP,CPS, and Fuel Filter now running rough? Please help!

Got my 99 F-250 7.3l with 221k on it. It ran good then started having a lope to it so I replaced the CPS at my local parts store which they gave me the gray unit, and the truck still didnt run right. ICP was oily, so I ordered a brand new one. While I was waiting for it to get here I had unplugged the ICP and the truck ran really good. Drove around for a couple days, started running rough. Put the new ICP in and still has a slight miss and smokes whitish/blue when I rev it up. Thought maybe a fuel filter but hasnt changed it. Any help is appreciated.
