DRW to SRW questions

how hard is this? and is it expensive? whats involved?

if you have seen my post in the OBS section you know that im looking for a truck. ive found a number of 99-03 trucks in my range, espicially the 99, but really dont want to deal with DRW. parking issues, people parked around me issues, wife isnt used to it, dont need it, etc.
