Excusion Spring Swap

Been thinking about replacing my worn out leaf springs on my 2000 Ex. It seems like a read somewhere that you can swap them out in the Ex for some heavier ones from say an 04 PSD F250. I saw there were different spring codes as well, A, B and V I think, or something close to that. I wouldn't mind getting a little lift out of it too. When ever my truck is next to a F250 the F250's seem to always be taller.....Any input would be greatly appriciated.
