What should be my next mod?

1) precision turbo, if so should I do the high flow outlet with ebpv delete or just the charger. I'm onnly running max of 21 pounds of boost
2) The stealth hpop mine is putting out around 3100 psi a full throttle
3) Regear with 4.30's, my front axle has a small roar in it.

I probably would go with the turbo, but might check into the front axle

Exterior: 08 Exterior Clone, 22.5's
Engine Mods: GTP38R WW2, 5 inch exhaust,T500, 6637, TW tunes,DI Up pipes, 6.7 fuel pump fuel system.
Trans Mods: 6.0 trans cooler, JW Valve body,Billet triple disc converter.
Sound Mods: 7" flip out tv, 3-way speakers all around, 12" sub, 500 watt amp.
Misc:dieselsite coolant filter, max ac assist, BRV, IHD,gauges, CCV
