Strange request but how to keep truck from starting?

I have a 2000 with a 7.3 engine that is dusted. It has a dead miss in one cylinder as well. I am going to sell it as having a bad engine. I had one guy come today to look at it and he started it and proceeded to wrap the hell out of it to "see if he could get it to clear up". Anyhow i dont want anyone else doing the same making the problem worse. Is there a simple way to disable the engine from starting? I would like for it to still crank so that buyers know its not a thrown rod or anything but i dont want it to start. Thanks

Unplug the CPS. Easy to do. No harm done.
