Is my mpg right?

I have an 02 ccsb auto 4x4 with a 6" lift and 37s. I have an intake, exhaust and dp f5. I generally leave it on the 80 econ setting and when calculating by hand I average just under 13.8. That is city and hwy normal driving. I use the corrected odometer reading from my edge cts for calculations.

There is a truck on craigslist with similar mods where the guy claims to betting 15-20 mpg.

I was just wondering if there is something wrong with mine or is he full of it.

To me sounds about right with the lift, tires and 4x4.

Drive around with the next tankful just barely touching the throttle as little as you can (if you can Stand it! ) and never let the rpm's go above 2,000....

You'll get the 20 too

good god, i wish i got 13.8! i have a leveled ccsb 03 on 35's with intake exhaust and agrr street tune from innovative and lucky to get 12. my rpms def go over 2000 tho....
