I know where number 2 is and I know its my problem, I'm just locating my replacement part and the image of the first one keeps popping up in the description of my search.

Its a 99.5 powerstroke

The 1st one is on the 94-97 Power Stroke since they didn't run a hydroboost system.

Ok, I know I got the second one, the thing that was throwing me off was on autozone's web site, they show 3 of the first ones and one of the second one. The only one that looked like mine (the second one) is the one that doesnt have a lifetime warranty.

I figured it was a generic pic, just trying to verify things first. I know I could just go to the store and find out since its only a block away, but you guys on here are very knowledgeable and its easier than going down there and hanging out,
