Glowshift Gauges

Hey guys just had a question about GlowShift gauges. I won vicg1's powerball giveaway boost gauge and got it hooked up this weekend and I like it (thanks vicg1). I've read a couple complaints about the GlowShift gauges but never read exactly WHY people don't like them.

I'm considering buying the trans and egt to go along with my boost and wanted to know if there is any reason I shouldn't go with the GlowShift other than just personal preference.

I cant complain, i like mine.

There pretty accurate, look cool, change to about any color i want

They even include a harness in the kit that makes life so much easier when installing them!

I have them, I picked them up because they are inexpensive and money is a little tight right now and I need them. However I'm going start upgrading them one at a time, probably to ISSPRO's. At this time I have no complaints, and they seem to working fine.

Yeah I was pretty satisfied with the way mine looked after I put it in yesterday and I was planning on getting the other two to finish up. Thanks a lot for the responses.

yea i would do it....mine have been good, and i think most the people dont like them just cause of the brand name.....if u ask most of them why they dont like them, they dont have a reason...alot of them havent even used them, and just have something agaisnt them because they are a cheaper gauge....

honestly, i had more problems with my cobalt Autometers than i have these puppies

Because their customer service sucks !! Have had two sets , last truck had a problem with tranny gauge which they finally rectified , on current truck just problem after problem with the boost gauge. No big deal , stuff breaks , even at 30 days old. I called and emailed so many freaking times its ridiculous and in a two month period got two calls back from a guy , when i'd call him back and leave a message again ....nothing !!! Finally after three months was told to mail it all back and they would test it.....to late now. Not gonna sit here and say their stuff is garbage , but their customer service is so bad i will not spend any of my money with them ever again.

I love my Glowshift gauges, they work great and easy to read. I paid $175 for a 3 in 1 plus A-pillar pod, and it was an excelent decision!

I have them, don't think they're the best quality though... mine will not stay the color I choose unless it's the green, otherwise they all reset even though hooked up correctly. The pointers are all different colors, some pink, others red. I imagine they are reading correctly but they are *****y IMO.

They are a great gauge. I've had 2 issues with them but neither was the gauge. 1 was tranny temp sender wires ripped out from hitting a box in the road and the other was the "t" fitting for the turbo snapped because I didnt realize I was leaning on it. Both items where replaced no questions asked and I even received 2 "t' fittings for the turbo gauge in case I break it again.
