DIY '05 Conversion Bumper

Alright I've been gathering parts for my '05 conversion. I've got Harley headlights, the conversion harness', and a Harley grille so now all I need is a bumper and a header pannel. Rather then buy an 05 bumper for my conversion I decided to build my own. I started working on it yesterday and got a little farther today. I'm lookin to make it look a little beefier, without goin out of control. I am starting out in foam board to get my dimesnsions and see how I'm gonna go with it, plus its no big deal when I make a mistake, then when I get done I'll transfer it over to 3/16 steel.

Uhhhh........

I got it off of a member here, but its a flee-bay special. I think they're goin for around $200 now. I guesss the quality is ok but UPS did a number on it in shiping (still waiting to hear back from them.) It's broke at the bottom and I have it hot glued right now, but I'll eventually epoxy and body putty over it and you'll never see it.
