Check engine soon light just came on and truck started to idle rough
2000 excursion 7.3 with 182,000 miles any idea what it could be Thanks Mike

Welcome to the ORG.
The best thing to do is, go to an autoparts store. Have them read the codes, most autoparts stores do this for free. Then tell us what codes were pulled from your truck. Then we will be able to help you out.

Autozone code readers will NOT read our codes... You need to find someone that can do it with a programer or Auto Enginuity...

Speeking of codes i got a P1165 looked it up and said its: a HO2S Cross Counts Bank 2 Sensor 3 Ok what is this now im a novice here.... Thanks Bill ........ if you wish to reply direct its jetphixer@hotmail.com
