3000-3500 to spend on my f250 help

I want to spend $3000-$3500 on engine upgrades to my f250 what are some good ways to increase hp what are some good things to get?

based on what i see in your sig, i would get a 38r turbo and some stage 1 injectors and then have your chip re burned.

EDIT: and with the upgraded air and fuel, i would probably upgrade to a 4" turbo back exhaust
