PHP don't answer

Tried calling a million times and no answer just their bankers hours message!! Everybody here says good things but I've yet to see anything good! We'll see....I ordered the gryphon CTS and it's been 8 hours and havent seen an email or invoice of the total yet!!

It says right on their website that they are closed this week, and it explains that they had a computer issue.

8 whole hours? Are you going to be ok? I think their teleporter is down still, too, so they might have to ship it once it's done...and thats probably going to take DAYS...

They have never answered my countless phone calls, messages or emails. I was about to dump about $300 into their bank account, but I can't spend money with a company that has terrible customer service...

I ordered my injectors and phoenix chip back in December and while it sometimes took a day or two to get a reply to an email it was always returned, and not with just a YES or a NO, but with a lengthy explanation and always friendly. I have spent 30+ minutes at a time with Cody on the phone before talking to him about my expectations and what I can do to get there. It is a smaller company and that comes with its plus and minuses just like everything else. Forum.gopowerhungry.com was a great place to keep up with what is going on at their smaller shop.

I have never had anything but GREAT customer service from PHP. I have spoke to either Bill or Cory every time I have called and they have been nothing but helpful. I have had the same experience in dealing with them by Email, and on their Forum. Some times you just have to pull your head out of your *** and realize that somtimes life is a little rough......
Ever tried to get ahold of TW? Other Folks Have lives too.....

Actually you did when you first posted this!! Everyone that has posted here has explained their experience with them. Complaining about not having an invoice after 8 hours is worse than a complaining woman.....
