Need advice on 99 7.3 bus for potential youth group bus

The auction for the above bus has ended but we are in contact with the seller and trying to negotiate price and figure out if its worthwile. Our church is looking for a good reliable bus. Would this bus with this many mile/ hours be a good investment??? Any advice would be much appreciated. We have people that can do interiors so the inside is not a problem. We just want a low cost vehicle to keep up with and reliable. Thanks guys!
