Turbo missing bolts
Hello! my first post and question. I just got my first PSD.
I was told it didn't have the power it should from the alignment shop and started investigating. Thanks to Powerstroke.org and all of you that have shared your info I saved a lot of time and money narrowing down my problem. I found that my turbo is missing housing bolts and leaking. I have my new ones on order from the dealer ship. I got a tsb on it and all it really says is to change the bolts one by one. I need to know if there is anything else I should do or know. Any gasket that should be replaced and would it be easier to pull the turbo assembly out and do it? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you read the tsb closely. Under the labor time it says "includes time to remove and install turbo" I don't think there is any gaskets in there. There isn't one listed in the tsb.
