Exclamation i need EVO 2 help,, please!!!

ok so i installed my new Evo 2, but it shows that it is "conecting to bridge" so the history is i had an TS chip installed last year, so i took out the ecm unplugged the TS, did i not do something to get rid of the programming of the TS? the reason i ask is because it seems like it is still in 140hp mode because( i noticed it was bumped into that mode) what do i have to do??? please someone o and i used almost a half tank of fuel to work this morning and it usally uses a quarter tank!!!!! help is GREATLY appreciated!!
