Coolant flush

I think I have a good grasp on what I need to do to flush my system: Drain system, Pull thermos stat, flush old stuff out with H2O, drain, flush with restore/H2O, drain, flush with VC9/H20, drain. Do a few flushes with distilled H2O. Then finally, add 4 gallons of concentrate coolant and top off with distilled H2O. Now this is were my brain hurts and starts to bleed. I have 4 gallons of CAT ELC that I'm going to use. I have read that your suposed to use something to prevent cavataion.. On the CAT jugs it says NOT TO USE ANY SCA's. Does Fords VC-8 fall under this SCA catagory? Do I need to us anything to prevent cavitation with the CAT ELC?

As said, the CAT ELC meets all the standards including cavitation.
