Broke Bolt - Need Part Number

Got me a deal on a Ranchhand grill guard today on Craigslist, and had the PO help me install it.

While installing, one of the bolts that hold the bumper/grill guard on broke because it wasn't straight in the stud plate. So, I now need the part number for that stud plate and two bolts. Tried a couple of the online Ford Parts sites, and none list the appropriate part numbers.

I hope someone here can help me out so when I call the local dealer, I can tell them what Part Numbers I need and either go pick 'em up, or have them order what I need.

Right now, my bumper is being held on by 5 of 6 bolts (3 to the frame), and I'm sure I can get away with it for a few days, but not much longer than that. If I can't get the P/N, I'll have to buy a bolt, nut, lock washer, etc and make things work.
