Exhaust
How much better off would I be with buying a 4" turbo back exhaust system? I have an 02 f350 with S&B cold air, Diablo tuner and I am running straight pipe all the way back (factory size) no muffler no cat.

I agree - EGT drop and flow increase will certainly make your truck run much better.
