REMOVE PULLEY off of the PS Pump??

I've been getting a buzzing in the brake pedal when at a stop light and after a lot of looking, I noticed that the bracket holding the PS Pump and Alternator has a crack in it right where the PS pump is.

A replacement bracket finally came in and I checked the 2001 7.3L to see what's what and....well, that pulley on the PS pump has me baffled. It looks perfectly round, so it isn't a nut holding it on.

What's the trick to getting that pulley off the PS pump????

Press fit, then? Is there a key there, too? Sun was too bright to see much today.
