Trying to find the right suspension

I just bought an 02 F-250 with the 7.3L. It's a 4X4 crew cab, short bed. I am starting to go to work on getting this bad boy where I want it, but for some reason I am having trouble locating a suspension kit, leveling kit, etc. that will allow me to clear 35" tires. Would like to find a 2.5" kit. I am hoping to not spend more than 1K on it. I know this is feasible. I am hoping to get some good riding shocks, not doing a lot of off-road driving in this one, so I would like it to ride smoothly down the road. Any suggestions on where to look or what to look for. Best kit will be a 3" hanger kit for ride quality and will clear 35" if you have V code front springs..check your door sticker. PM me if I can get you additional info-prices.
