Truck

im looking at a 99 F350 it is lifted, has a banks big head waste gate, 4 inch turbo back, and gauges. but i dont know if its chiped. the truck was a repo. i dont see any switch in the cab for a chip. but it did blow a little black when i drove it, not alot an i really had to get on the skinny pedal to get it too. is there any way to tell if it is tuned or to reset it. every thing in the truck is banks so im thinking it was a banks kit. any help would be great.

I 'm not positive, but if it has a banks chip I think you will find it plugged in to your computer board under the dash, far left of steering column

Chances are, that truck is tuned. It doesn't make sense for somebody to do all of those mods and put in gauges and not have it tuned.
