its not a trailer brake, ant theres no pto shaft on the tranny.

I have seen those and for the life of me I can't remember what they are. I think I might have seen them on ebay.

Thats it! Yeah I think it is fords high idle mod per say for a lack of a better term

kk, but theres no pto shaft that i could see.
i was content to leave it until i found i had no trailer lights/ brakes. one of the harnesses is clipped right about where there are 2 screw holes for what i assume was a brake modual. should i keep it?

Yeah

thats worth some money. You put it on your truck if you use it for example emergency work. Lots of lights and stuff running. When your at a scene you can idle your truck up to keep the batts charged. Really nice units.

you can find more info on the other thread i was talking about just search for auxillary idle control or idle control it was near the top of the list
