well did I mess anything up

I was racing this little prelude this morning and egts got up to around 1450 for about 7 seconds. It doesnt seem like I messed up anything. Anyway guess its time for water methanol.

If you keep it less than 15 seconds. You should be fine. If you are getting higher than that, I would def get some water in there.

You can get them for about $400 for a stage 2 cooling mist kit. Water is one of my fav mods...

does it make that much of a difference really? worth the money? what exactly does it do? just cool your egts? I need to lower them bad. How hard is install and to set it?

It dropped my EGT's about 150 at peak, with meth it gives me about 40hp...
