tires for stock truck
so ive got an 04 (i know its a 6 leaker but i seem to be one of the few with the leaf spring front) thats on its stock ride height and stock 16s, Im just wondering what everyone is running for tire sizes can i do a 285/75R16 or bigger without rubbing? any pics would be appreciated, truck does tow and plow and it has 3.73s, i am planning on leveling it but right now ive got a few other things to do and it is time for new tires so i figured i can upgrade

I was running LT305/70R16 (2- sets Nitto Terra's and 1 set Kumho KL78's) - but at full lock there was minor rubbing - but they fit fine on stock 16x7 Lariat rims. I tow heavy and haul heavy and never had one tire/rim failure! Always felt confident.
The tires fit pre-leveling kit. |

285s no rubbing at all. good fit on the rim and they look pretty good to
