Input About Plowing With 02' F-350

I am trying to decide whether I should put a brand new V plow on my 2002 F-350 or not? Does anyone have experience plowing with 7.3L powerstrokes? How do they perform and how durable are they? I have a 2002 F-350 Crew Cab, Short box, 6 speed with 229,000 miles and it runs great. Just looking for some input. Thanks

Mine was great, I have an auto trans, but the motor was awesome, plenty of power. You wont be disappointed Mine has 157xxx miles on it. I had a 7.5 foot western uni-mount
