No Low Beams

I am running the upgrade harness for my light with PIAA 9007. My low beams stop working a few weeks ago then on again for about a week now they are off again. The High beams are working great I just can figure whats the issue is. The first time I notice an issue was when I would turn them on and their was a 2-3 second delay before the fired up. Now they wont come on at all. Since they were off again on again I don't think its the bulbs burned out. Any idea causing the problem... I did have an intermittent issue the turck not starting unless it was in nutrual so I thoguht it maybe the neutral safety switch somehow was involved but I have now replace it and I still have an issue, truck has started great since I replaced the Neutral safety switch. Need some help on the lights.

Sounds like your multifunction (turn signal) lever is going out.
