Please help

Long story short, my gem went bad basically everything electronically went bad. Got a new one everything worked except... turn signals and dome light oncassionly short out. If i bump the fusebox/gem they either turn on or off. What wire harness comming out of the gem or fuse box would control these two. The hazards work fine so its gotta be something between the lever and gem. Like i said everything that was broke is now fixed except the occasional dome light and turn signal.

Is my old gem worth anything to anyone?

my neighbor has a 1999 and his turn signals and headlights were doing wierd things took apart the steering colum cover at the turn signal switch and found that the plug on the switch for the turn signal and dimmer was broke and coming apart from the plug fixed it and now everything works great again, I also heard that sometimes the plug comes loose and burns the spades in it.
