Angry 02 rough idle after starting when cold?

i have an 02 f250 with an edge programmer. Lately when i start it after it sits for awhile, it idles rough then i go to take off it sounds and feels like its missing until i rev it up to about the 2500 rpms then its like someone turned on a switch and it takes off. Almost feels the same way after i changed my HPOP and there was air trapped in the system. Starts and runs great for the rest of the day after doing this. Any ideas? bad injectors? thx for any input

My 02' was doing similar things just yesterday.

Turns out I had a bad ICP sensor. Now it runs much better, although it is slow to take the fuel until it reaches operating temperature.
