What's it worth?

I've got a 2001 F350 XLT crew cab 4x4 long bed automatic and toying with the idea of selling it but want to know what ya'll think it's worth. I've looked on Kelley Blue Book but would like opinions also. It's got 104,500 miles and at around 101,000 I put a leveling kit, upper and lower ball joints, front brake pads and rotors, and 4WD hub assemblies. I know if I try to trade it I won't get any of that back. Oh, I also put a TS Performance 6-position chip on it.

SRW or Dually? And you'd be suprised on what trade in value is, there are 7.3's round here going for as much a 6.0's

I knew I was leaving something off. It's a single wheel. One dealer I was talking to looked it up on NADA without seeing it and said $12,000 and he's lost his mind for sure.

Well blue book say anywhere from 15500 to 13500 private party, and anywhere from 11000 to 12500 on trade in... these trucks hold there value well. pics would help get a better bead on the price, but im still thinkin those are in the ballpark for the mileage....
