7.3 Engine cleaning?

Hello my new trucks engine is really dirty can i clean it like i would a gasser? degreaser + pressure washer while its cold?

I have power-washed mine, I used Gunk engine degreaser, the only thing I covered up was the exposed air filter element.....Fred

Yea, just did mine. Used Castrol Super Clean, let it sit 10 mins, and used the Pressure Washer. I tried to avoid the alternator, but the rest was fair game
Also, I turned down the pressure on the pressure washer, doesn't take much to blow a seal

just don't use a rag with carb clean on the stickers, accidently wiped the build date right off my valve cover

I need to do this to mine once the weather warms up a bit.

I use greased lightning and a pressure washer. deffinetly do it when motor is cold the quick cooling of water on the turbo could crack the housing.
