Your owners manual will have a chart that shows the fuses, the amps and what they are for. I have had the fuse that controls the trailer battery charge function blow twice. I have an '06 with the 6.0 and I'm not sure which engine you have but if you don't have a manual I'll go get mine and check it out.

Thanks TopFuel. No manual for the truck but I have an 01' F250 SuperDuty. I guess it would have helped to have posted that info earlier!

Pretty sure it's in the box under the hood, don't know exactly which one it is tho
|

The one that fixed my trailer lights on my 99 was a 30 amp Maxx fuse that was under the hood. it was about in the middle on the right side of the fuse box.

well my fuses are all under the dash so i couldnt help ya here. lol. mine was a 20a. depends what lights though..
