wiring shematic/diagram needed

ive got a 99 f-250 the truck was bought without an owners manual. my horn and cruise control arent working. niether is my power door locks. i was checkin fuses yesterday and pulled out a 20 and it was shot right when i put a new fuse it it automatically blew it so im thinking ive got a short somewhere. i dont have an owners manual and i was wondering if anyone knew anyplace i could get one online. if not ill just go buy a manual. anyone ever had this prob??

As a cheap fix, you may want to go down to Autozone (or whatever) and get yourself a Haynes or Chilton's manual.

I bought the below listed manual--it really covers more that 1999-2002 (it goes up to 2006). It has some basic wiring diagrams that aren't too bad and should answer your basic questions.
