6.0L Trans cooler 26 row vs 31 row??

Recently picked up a 99.5 cc dually, I am aware tranny cooler is too small. I have found the 6.0L 26 row tranny cooler for $281 and the 31 row for $372. I am wondering is it worth the extra $90 for the 5 more rows of cooling capacity? Any help would be great!

IMO, can never have too much cooling for a trans.

5 rows,,,, Not gonna make any significant difference. Maybe if you towed heavy loads in Death Valley you'd see a few degrees

The stock cooler is just So WEAK, you're making a "Many Times" improvement and will be all you really need to do.

We've found 3 good 31 row coolers from the local junk yards for about $85.00 a piece. They're in all our 7.3L trucks now. It just takes a while to find them.

i have the 26 row. big improvement. even towing.

and it was new.
